We are seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper-HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in bank deposits and account reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll, human resources documentation, tuition administration, financial report writing, budgeting, accounts receivable, and tax.
Duties:
- Assist with bank deposits and account reconciliation - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable - Assist with payroll processing and HR administration - Assist with school and cafeteria accounting tasks including tuition administration - Assist with financial report writing - Assist with budgeting, month-end, and year-end tasks - Assist with tax preparation Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent collaborative and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks - Knowledge of tax laws and regulations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
