Summary:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented College student with social media experience and a passion for the manufacturing industry? Metal Sales Manufacturing is looking for someone like you to join our team!As the Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and monitor analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.You'll be responsible for (but not limited to):
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries. Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay up to date with best practices and opportunities for growth. Provide reporting to support the analysis of social media metrics to track performance and help the Company make data-driven decisions. Preferred
Experience:
College student, pursing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in social media analytics tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a year-round internship position, approximately 20 hours per week working onsite at our Corporate Office in Southern Indiana.What Metal Sales can offer you:
